Good Morning Spring Park Family,
Due our inability to notify all parents of the upcoming awards ceremony in time and to be fair to all, we will need to reschedule our awards ceremony that was supposed to take place on this Friday. A flyer will be included in your child’s Tuesday Folder to remind you of the new date for this great opportunity to celebrate our students' hardwork.The new date is Wednesday, April 1st at 1:20 pm for grades K-2nd and 2:10 for grades 3rd-5th. REGISTER FOR A BUS TODAY - Bus registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open. All students who plan to ride a school bus next year must be registered in advance, including students enrolled in self-contained ESE programs. Families are encouraged to register as early as possible to help ensure a smooth start to the school year. Registration forms are available in Focus. 🍫🙂 Our 5th Grade Safety Patrols are hosting a fundrasier! They are selling chocolate bars for $2 each. The fundraiser is taking place now through Wednesday, March 11th. Students can purchase these candy bars from our safety patrols either before or after school.

Tomorrow, Friday, February 6th, Spring Park is having a sweet treat fundraiser. The Kona Ice Truck will be on campus, in the afternoon, ready to deliver the sweet icy treat of your child’s choice.
$3 small snow cone
$6 large snow cone (served in a reusable, color changing, souvenir cup)
$4 large snow cone (special deal only available if the student brings his/her reusable, color changing, souvenir cup to school from last school year)
If you wish for your student to enjoy a sweet frozen treat tomorrow, please send your child's money to school in an envelope or ziploc bag with his/her name on it. Classroom teachers have been asked to collect their students' money in the morning, for safe keeping, until the Kona Ice Truck arrives in the afternoon. Exact change please. 📸🌎📚 This year's Literacy Week theme is "READ, White & Blue" and in spirit of that theme everyone was encouraged to either wear red, white & blue to school today, or clothing that represented any other country of the student's choice. 📣🏫 All SPE families, faculty, staff and community stakeholders are invited to attend our "New School Building"/"Community Meeting", this Thursday, January 15th, at 6pm at the Schultz Center. This meeting will focus on plans for the new school and the consolidation process of merging four existing schools into two larger schools. This is your opportunity to hear about updates and changes and to have your voice heard about what you are looking for in the new school building (ie. academic programs such as the International Baccalaureate, ESE programs, and other instructional offerings). We look forward to your support by being in attendance to this important meeting!

❄️🏫🎉 We are looking forward to welcoming our Spring Park scholars back to school on Wednesday, January 7th! It is a new year and a new grading period. This is the perfect opportunity for our Spring Park scholars to push themselves to their greatest academic levels, showing our community, and the world, how great it is to be a Spring Park gator! We are looking forward to welcoming our Spring Park scholars back into the building at 8am on Wednesday.
