Your feedback helps school and district leaders understand what’s working and where improvement is needed. Your answers are confidential and will not be linked to your name.
We’ll also ask a few optional background questions. This helps us understand if experiences differ across families and communities, so we can better support all students.
The survey will take about 10–15 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers — please answer honestly based on what you know, see, and experience.
