From October 6 through October 21, our school, along with the District, will participate in the Data Triangle Survey. This survey gives families, students (Grades 4-5), staff, and community members a chance to share feedback that helps us improve and better support every student.

2. Review the student opt-out form. If you prefer your child not to participate, you may complete and submit this form in the parent/guardian FOCUS account.
