Greetings MAJ Families!
We have a full week of learning ahead as we move into the last half of the second quarter. Progress reports for this nine week will be posted this Tuesday, November 18th. This is a good time to check in on where your child(ren) are with their learning. Please reach out to their teacher(s) with any questions or concerns.
Picture packets went home this past week. Retakes will be on December 2nd for students who were not present on picture day. Families who purchased a package but would like a new picture taken must return the original package in its entirety. We would also ask that you please message your child’s teacher to let them know you have sent it in.
Our November All Pro Dads meeting is this Tuesday, November 18th, at 7:45 AM. This is a great chance for dads and kids to share some time together and to meet some other MAJ dads! Please RSVP at https://allprodadchapters.com/chapters/15534 to assist us in planning appropriately. Plan to arrive early to check in at the front office (you will need your ID).
This Thursday, November 20th is our family holiday luncheon. Guest lunches are $5.00 per lunch and must be paid in cash at the door. All guests must have an ID and will check in at the cafeteria door. A tent will be set up outside for check-in and lunch ticket purchase.
Our canned food drive in cooperation with our faith-based partner, Grace Baptist Church, continues through the end of this week. All donations will go to families in need.
Looking forward, there will be no school next week Wednesday – Friday (November 26 – 28) in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
