Bartram Springs Elementary is excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with a fun-filled Spirit Week from Monday, September 29 to Friday, October 3!
Each day has a special theme to honor the rich cultures, traditions, and contributions of Hispanic and Latino communities. Check out the flyer for details on what to wear each day!

For the week of September 22-26, Bartram Springs Elementary will be participating in "Celebrate Freedom Week!" Florida Statues designate the month of September as American Founders' Month and recognize the last full week of classes in September in public schools as Celebrate Freedom Week. This week encourages instruction on the intent, meaning, and importance of the Declaration of Independence. Each day of this week will have a fun theme as we CELEBRATE our FREEDOM!
Monday, September 22: "And I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free..." Wear red, white, and blue to celebrate!
Tuesday, September 23: "Remember those who served in our Armed Forces!" Wear camouflage to show support for our American military troops!
Wednesday, September 24: "Hats off to Freedom!" Wear your favorite hat!
Thursday, September 25: "Crazy about Our Freedom!" and "College Shirt Day!" Wear your hair in a crazy way and/or wear your college shirt!
Friday, September 26: "We are United!" Wear your school spirit shirt or school colors!

Hello, BSE families! Join us for Open House, Thursday, September 18th, 2025 from 6:00-7:30pm if your student is in 1st, 3rd, or 5th grade. At Open House, teachers will provide information on how you can best support your child at home and help them "Grow" this school year.

The Bartram Springs Book Fair is open. Use the link to create an e-wallet for your child or purchase a book for the school. April 7-11

The book fair starts on Monday, April 7 -11. Check with your child's teacher for their specific day and time. With each purchase, a portion of the sales are donated back to the school to purchase books for the library.
We will have family shopping on Wednesday, April 9 from 3:15-5:00 pm.

NEHS is starting two service projects in the month of April.
Do you have old playground equipment at your house that you are not using?
Consider donating it to our new BSE Activity Bin! We will be purchasing a large bin to put on the big playground to hold balls, jump ropes, outdoor games, etc. for students to use during recess. There will be a bin in the front office for you to drop off your equipment. Let's make recess more exciting!
And if that's not enough, our NEHS members have been busy making bracelets and other jewelry to go on sale the week of 4/14. We will be donating all proceeds to St. Jude's Children's Hospital. We will be in the world wall area before school starting 4/14. It's a great cause and the jewelry is top quality!
