Graduation week is here! Please carefully review the important information below to ensure a smooth and successful graduation day experience.
Final Laptop Return & Graduation Ticket Pickup
Ms. Solomon will be available on Tuesday, May 26 from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM in Room 104 for the FINAL opportunity to:
Turn in laptops, chargers, and cases
Clear remaining graduation requirements
Pick up graduation tickets
If a student does not report during this time frame, they will not participate in graduation.
Senior Celebration at 6:30pm on Campus
Please join us for our annual senior celebration in the Performing Arts Center on campus at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 26. Seniors are encouraged to arrive at 5:45pm and wear their cap and gown. Come for a quick, fun and inspirational ceremony put together by your senior officers followed by a small reception on the football field. This is the perfect opportunity for photos before graduation.
Graduation Ceremony Information
Graduation will take place on Wednesday, May 27 at 3:00 PM at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena.
Student Arrival Information
Students must arrive no later than 2:00 PM.
Students will enter through the Duval Street Entrance, the same as rehearsal.
Students should carry their cap and gown into the arena when they arrive.
Family Arrival Information
Parents and families may begin entering through the main arena doors at 2:00 PM.
Every person entering the arena, regardless of age, must have a graduation ticket.
Handicap accessible seating is available on a first come, first served basis.
Important Arena Rules
No balloons of any kind are permitted inside the arena.
No outside food or drinks are allowed.
Students may not bring water bottles, Stanley cups, or similar items.
Students should not have cell phones during the ceremony.
Please review the arena website for additional prohibited items and venue policies.
Parking & Traffic
It is highly recommended that families pre-pay for parking to save both time and money.
Please allow extra travel time when arriving. Another graduation ceremony will be ending shortly before ours begins, and additional traffic should be expected after the ceremony as well.
The ceremony is expected to last approximately 90 minutes.

Live Stream
Family and friends unable to attend in person may watch the ceremony live from home. We will provide the link ASAP in a separate communication.
Additional Graduation Tickets
If you are still in need of additional graduation tickets, students and families are responsible for asking other graduates if they have extras available. We do not sell tickets and we do not have additional tickets to distribute.
