Our junior class, the class of 2027, will have a mandatory meeting on Tuesday morning. All juniors need to be sure to be at school on Tuesday so that they can attend this important meeting.
Join us this Tuesday, May 19th at 5:30pm for our monthly PTSA Meeting followed by our final monthly School Advisory Committee meeting for the year at 6:15pm in the media center. Parents, Students and Community members are welcome to attend.
We invite you to join our district staff for a Principal Profile meeting as we work together to select the next principal for Atlantic Coast. This meeting is an important opportunity for parents, staff, students, and community members to share their thoughts and help shape the qualities we are looking for in our new school leader. This meeting for parents and community stakeholders will be on Thursday, May 21st from 5:30 to 6:00 PM in the Cafeteria at Atlantic Coast High. A Microsoft Teams link will be provided below for those to wish to join virtually. During this brief session, you will be able to provide feedback, helping ensure your voice is part of the selection process. This week is senior week for our graduating class!
We kick off events with rehearsal on Monday, May 18th, at the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena. Seniors are to arrive no later than 10:45am and we will be finished by 12:30pm.
On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday we are hosting our paid senior week activities. Students who purchased the senior bundle and those who paid for a senior week ticket have the opportunity to join us at Skate Station Mandarin on Tuesday, Senior Olympics and Cookout on Wednesday, and Main Event on Thursday.
On Wednesday, May 20th, seniors will report to the gym between 12pm and 1:45pm to return their DCPS laptops and pick up their graduation tickets. Please check your emails for a message that was sent out on Saturday with more information about this event.
We finish the week on Friday with Academic Signing Day. Seniors who submitted their post-secondary plans will be receiving a separate email with information on the event.
Graduating Seniors! If you are college-bound, it is that time to indicate the ONE college or university you will be attending immediately after graduating from ACHS. The college or university you indicate is where your ONE final high school transcript will be sent after transcripts finalize in mid-June 2026. A Form link has been sent to your DCPS student email.
