Dear, Anchor Academy Families;
Our District continues to remain in direct contact with the City of Jacksonville Emergency Management team in regard to the potential for dangerous winter weather coming into our area. Given the possibility for unsafe conditions, Duval County Public Schools and district offices will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22. In addition, all athletics and after-school activities scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 22 will be canceled.
All regularly scheduled athletic and extracurricular activities taking place today, Jan. 21, will continue as planned.
We encourage you to stay updated with the latest and the reopening of schools and offices by email messages, our website, our app, and through social media.
Kindest regards,
Principal Collier

Good afternoon, AAE Family;
Please be sure to invite friends and neighbors with elementary-age children to visit us Dec. 7 for School Showcase Saturday! Amazing school experiences are happening throughout our district, and while we may be a little biased, we think the best experience is here at Anchor Academy.
We look forward to giving tours and sharing info about our awesome school community!
To learn more about this event, check out the School Showcase Saturday webpage. https://www.duvalschools.org/page/showcase
Good morning, AAE Families!
We are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow, Tuesday, November 19th for our Thanksgiving Luncheon!
All parents, guardians, and family members who are approved volunteers are welcome to eat with their child(ren) in the cafeteria. However, anyone who doesn't have volunteer clearance will be able to eat with their child(ren) in our Media Center.
Good afternoon, AAE Families!
This is a quick reminder that our awesome PTA has designed fresh new baseball caps for purchase! Both you and your child would look great in this new spirit wear!
Additionally, PTA's City Pop fundraiser which benefits our students and school community is still going strong! Please check out the flyers below to see all the great items for sale!
