Oct. 5, 2026 — When it comes to strengthening Team Duval, we need your feedback.
The 2026 Data Triangle Survey will be open Oct. 5–23, 2026, giving students in grades 4-12, staff, families, caregivers, and community members an opportunity to share their perspectives about their experiences with our schools and district.
The survey, available at www.duvalschools.org/surveys, is short and easy to complete—but its impact can be significant. Feedback provides school and district leaders with valuable insight into what is working well and where there are opportunities to improve.
The Data Triangle Survey gathers perspectives on areas including:
Teaching and learning
Engagement and family/community partnerships
School culture and safety
Communication
Student and family support
Survey results are considered alongside other school and district data to provide a more complete picture of the experiences and needs of our schools and community. Feedback will help leaders identify areas to celebrate, opportunities to strengthen existing practices, and ways to better support students, families, and employees.
Individual responses are confidential and not shared with district leaders. The district only receives information about the respondent group, such as whether the participant is a student, employee, family member, or community member.
Whether you are a student, employee, parent, caregiver, or community member, your perspective provides an important piece of the picture. Taking a few minutes to share honest feedback helps school and district leaders make informed decisions and focus improvement efforts where they can have the greatest impact.
