Programs like START, LEAP, TAP, and TTIP provide aspiring teachers with course guidance, potential scholarships, and connections to colleges. The Alternative Certification Program helps teachers on a FLDOE Temporary Certificate obtain their Professional Certification, while the Teacher Development & Support Department offers guidance & coaching to first-year teachers.
