Media Center

The Media Center is a welcoming space where students can read, explore, create, and learn. It supports classroom instruction while also encouraging independent discovery, curiosity, and a lifelong love of reading.

We offer:

  • Quiet spaces for reading, studying, and reflection

  • Opportunities for small group collaboration and projects

The Media Center works closely with teachers to support classroom learning. Students visit regularly for:

  • Research projects and guided inquiry

  • Reading instruction and literacy development

  • Media and technology integration

  • Book checkout and independent reading time

Media Center Expectations:

  • Treat books, materials, and technology with care

  • Use quiet voices unless working in designated group areas

  • Return borrowed materials on time

  • Follow all school-wide expectations for behavior and respect
