Morning arrival procedures:
School begins promptly at 7:30 a.m. Gates will open at 7:10 a.m. for student entry. For safety reasons, students should not arrive on campus before 7:10 a.m., as supervision is not available prior to that time.
Parents are welcome on campus after 8:15 a.m.
Dismissal procedures:
Dismissal begins at 2:15 p.m. Students will be released in waves according to their method of transportation home.
To ensure a safe and efficient process, all students are expected to follow the established dismissal procedures. Failure to do so will result in parent contact.
Check Out Times:
Student check-out will close during the last 30 minutes of the school day. After 1:40 p.m., early check-outs will not be permitted.

Food Service
JRMS lunch will be served anytime between 10:15am - 12:50pm.
Bell Schedule and Class Transitions
JRMS will operate on a 7-period daily schedule using a traditional bell system. However, during lunch periods, silent bell transitions will be in place. During these times, there will be no bell; instead, teachers and administrators will announce when it is time to transition to the next class.
