How to Request Transcripts:

2. Check your email to see when your transcript is ready!

Transcript requests take a minimum of 48 hours to process. We will email you once your transcripts are ready for pickup. 

Schools can send records requests and enrollment verifications by fax to 904-348-5314 or by Emailing FCHS Records.
