Greetings CLE families!!

It is with great pleasure that I begin my 3rd year at Chimney Lakes Elementary school. As a Duval native and DCPS graduate, I am proud and honored to continue the work of instructional excellence at Chimney Lakes. Although, I have spent most of my educational career teaching secondary English, I have developed a love for all things elementary, especially the students!

As an Assistant Principal, I pride myself in school safety and creating a positive learning environment for all students. I strive to build ongoing relationships with all stakeholders and believe that it truly does take a village. I am beyond excited about continuing my work at Chimney Lakes Elementary school in partnership with Ms. Lee, Ms. Willis and the entire Chimney Lakes family.

Hello Chimney Lakes Families,

It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to the CLE Cheetah family! I am honored to serve as the Assistant Principal of Chimney Lakes Elementary, where we are proud to have a dedicated team of educators, exceptional scholars, and a supportive school community that truly sets us apart in Duval County. As a former teacher, instructional coach, and mentor, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside many wonderful families and educators. I feel incredibly fortunate for the opportunity to partner with you this year to ensure success for all of our Cheetah scholars.

I hold both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from Purdue University Global and earned my Educational Leadership certification from the American College of Education. I am excited to bring my experience, passion, and commitment to this incredible school community. As an educational leader, my mission is to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student by fostering strong relationships, effective communication, and a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. My goal is to help create a learning environment that is supportive, engaging, and empowering for all students, staff, and families.

The Chimney Lakes faculty and staff are committed to providing high-quality, rigorous, and engaging instruction to help every student reach their full potential. We believe that all students can succeed and your partnership is essential.
