Volunteers and Family Members are Welcome at Alimacani
Student safety is always at the forefront at Alimacani. We have many things coming up in the next few months, and we do not want you to miss out on any activity. Please take the time to complete the new online volunteer application. All visitors who come to our school are required by Duval County District Policy to fill out the Volunteer Application, go through a background check and be cleared to volunteer. This includes such things as chaperoning on field trips, reading to the class, attending a class celebration or play, and even having lunch in the cafeteria with your child.
If you haven’t already filled out the online Volunteer Application (see link below), we now have two levels of clearance.
Level 1-
Lunch with your student
Classroom helper
Book Fair
Health Screenings
PTA help
Level 2-
Chaperoning a local field trip
Chaperoning an out of county field trip
Please complete the application as soon as possible. Please see Ms. Johnson or Mrs. Rutledge in the front office for any questions, concerns or if you need to know if your status is still valid. Thank you in advance for your time.
