Here at Alimacani we believe that every moment counts, and we need every student in their classrooms every minute! We are continuing to maximize instructional time this year, and we will be working in classrooms from “bell-to-bell!”
Please be sure to have your children here no later than 8:25 a.m. every day!
The front loop will be used only for Pre-K, VPK, and CSS drop-off and pick up. All other students must use the car loop at the north entrance of the school.
Dismissal will begin at 2:45 p.m., so please refrain from coming to the office and calling for your children early.

Arrival Times for Children
Children are welcome into the school between 8:00 a.m. and 8:25 a.m. Students are supervised in the multi-purpose room (K-3) and in the hallways by their rooms (4-5). Students should arrive no later than 8:25 a.m. at their classroom doors. Tardy slips are issued at 8:30 a.m. Parents who require care of their children prior to 8:00 a.m. may enroll in the Extended Day Program.
Dismissal Times for Children
Students are dismissed by 3:00 p.m.
There will be NO Early Dismissal this school year.
Thank you for bringing your children to school no earlier than 8:00 a.m., and for picking them up promptly.
According to the Code of Conduct, schools “are not responsible for supervising students who arrive on school property 30 or more minutes before school, or for students who remain on school property 30 or more minutes after school or school-sponsored activities end.”
